Adam bought the house in 2018. It was built in 1952, and features four bedrooms and six bathrooms across three levels. It also includes an eight-seat kitchen island, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and an L-shaped infinity-edge pool. In addition,Adam made the home his own with many custom touches.
Greg Holcomb of Carolwood Estates, who held the listing, stated,“Adam loved the home and his time there, butit was simply time for a new chapter.”
