With the release ofDawntrail, there are now 424 unique Triple Triad cards to collect inFinal Fantasy XIV.Dawntrailadded 19, which can be obtained through a variety of means.

You may get lucky and obtain some of these cards completely by accident as you progress through theDawntrailMSQ or go about your daily roulettes, but others will be harder to get. Whether you’re simply a card collector or love nothing more than a friendly match of Triple Triad, here’s how to get all of the newDawntrailcards.

Playing Triple Triad in Final Fantasy XIV

There are 8 cards to be had from winning matches with NPCs in each area ofDawntrail. In order to obtain the card, you might have to win a match multiple times, which is a task all of its own. Some of these matches are easier than others to win, depending on which set of Triple Triad rules are at play.

There are a total of six cards to be obtained through completing certainDawntrailduties. As with those won in matches against NPCs, you’re likely to have to run these duties multiple times in order for these cards to grace you with their presence.

There are two cards available from Gemstone Traders. These only become available after completing Rank 3 in the respective areas Shared FATEs, so you’ll need to do 66 FATEs for each of these cards.

With the addition ofDawntrail, two new Triple Triad oriented achievements have been added. These both offer an exclusive 5 star card as a reward.
