During theBig Brother 27week 2 HOH competition, which was the iconic Black Box game, winner Jimmy Heagerty was right next to Kelley when she discovered her power.
Because of this, Jimmy decided to nominate Kelley for eviction in order to flush out the power. She agreed to go up on the block, just like when she volunteered to be week 1 HOH Vince Panaro’s pawn, even though they have a Final 2 deal. Jimmy also nominated Keanu Soto and Adrian Rocha, withKeanu as his target and Adrian as his pawn.
However,Keanu saved himself from the chopping block by activating his power, which brought returning houseguest, season 20 winner Kaycee Clark, back to play in the Power of Veto competition alongside him, giving him another chance to win, which she did.
At theBig Brother 27week 2 Power of Veto Ceremony,Jimmy nominated Amy Bingham in Keanu’s place, alongside Kelley and Adrian. However, the nominations were still up in the air because Kelley’s power was still in play.

She saved herself from the chopping block, so Jimmy had to nominate a fifth houseguest for eviction.Jimmy chose to nominate Will Williams, so his final nominees are Adrian, Amy, and Will.
However,the three nominees still have the chance to save themselves during the BB Blockbuster competitionon live eviction night. This is the second week in a row that Kelley has saved herself from the chopping block, after she won the week 1 BB Blockbuster competition.

After his conflict with Keanu, it was obvious thatJimmy was going to target him for eviction.Adrian was meant to be a pawn, but, as aBig Brothersuperfan, he knew that pawns go home. It’s ironic that Jimmy’s pawn is now the only one of his original nominees who’s still on the chopping block ahead of the eviction.
Kelley’s win has now established her as a competition beastwho’s saved herself twice when her back was against the wall. This proves that she’s cool under pressure, which could either help her or hurt her. Some houseguests might want to work with her because she’s a great competitor, while others might see her as a threat.

Between the BB Blockbuster competition and the introduction of so many powers into the game so soon, being the HOH has been incredibly challenging so far this season.Jimmy has now nominated five people, four of whom will still be in the house next week when he’s ineligible to play in the HOH competition.
In addition to Keanu and Kelley’s powers that have now been used,Mickey Lee and Zach Cornell still have powers as well. Mickey has the ability to overthrow the HOH, as long as the HOH doesn’t figure out her identity, while Zach has $10,000 that he can use to save himself from the chopping block. Mickey and Zach won’t use the powers this week, but they’ll be in play until Jury begins.
It’s exciting that both Keanu and Kelley had the opportunity to use their powers to save themselvesafter Jimmy nominated them. Twists such as these keep viewers on the edges of their seats.Big Brother 27just keeps reminding viewers to expect the unexpected.
