Update 5/25: It seems manyCall of Duty: Modern WarfareandWarzoneplayers are now able to get in matches, though some are still reporting issues.

Last week, theCall of Dutyservers went down, causing issues for bothModern WarfareandWarzoneplayers. Now it appears as though theCall of Duty: Modern WarfareandWarzoneserver issues have resumed, with thousands of players reporting infinite queue times when trying to get into a match.

At the time of this writing, over 6,000Call of Dutyplayers have reported server connectivity issues for bothModern WarfareandWarzoneon the DownDetector website. TheCall of Dutyserver problems appear to have started within the last hour, and it’s unclear exactly when the issues will be fixed. The official Activision Support Twitter page has yet to even acknowledge thatCall of Dutyis down, so there’s no ETA on a fix.

In the meantime, it remains to be seen exactly what caused theCall of Dutyservers to go down. It isMemorial Dayin the United States, so it’s possible that there are even more people playingCall of Duty: Modern Warfaremultiplayer and theWarzonebattle royale than usual. But even though it’s likely that there’s an unusually high number of people playing right now, it’s unclear if that’s really what’s causing the issues.

Hopefully a fix comes sooner rather than later. We will update this article as soon as Infinity Ward orActivisionconfirms that theCall of Duty: Modern WarfareandWarzoneservers are back up.
