Pawn Starsis a reality show here in the States about a family-owned pawn shop and all the characters who come in to sell their precious heirlooms for chump change. TheGameStation, creators ofThe Street Fighterdrama series, has takenPawn Stars‘ shop co-owner Rick and set him in a world where broke-ass videogame stars exchange their dignity for cash.
I had a few hearty, genuine laughs at this one. Link whips out his Triforce of Courage, thinks he can get up to 3000 rupees for it, but only asks for 500 becausehis wallet can’t carry more than that. Ha!
