CBS is launching a soap opera podcast that will be hosted byDays of Our LivesandThe Bold and the Beautifulstars,Rebecca Budig and Greg Rikaart. Both have become synonymous with the soap scene, with key roles in prominent soaps. Budig has a strong background in soap operas, having had contracted roles inAll My ChildrenandGeneral Hospital. Since 2024, she has appeared inThe Bold and the Beautifulas Taylor Hayes. Rikaart is best-known for playingKevin Fisher inThe Young and the Restlesssince 2003, and Leo Stark inDays of Our Livessince 2022.

PerDeadline, the two veterans of daytime TV willfront a new podcast calledSoapy, which will deep dive into the legacy and fandom of soap operas.
