Wii U, Vita, Android, and PC will have to wait an ickle bit longer

As you may recall,Forgotten Memories: Alternate Realitiescame out of near-nowhere with itsSilent Hill 2cast additions, after several years off the development grid. If you’re still wondering what Guy Cihi’s delightfully broken tones would sound like in a new setting, then wonder no more! He’s at the end of this launch trailer!

As you can tell from the trailer and gallery,Forgetten Memorieshas an old school survival horror feelreminiscentofSilent Hill: Shattered MemoriesandDownpour. According to developers, Psychoz Interactive, it’s being sold as an anthology series, with each episode/full game being a standalone tale that connects in an overall arc.

And despite being an iOS game first, they also had this to say: “No in-app purchases. We don’t sell any weapons, ammunitions, or anything that will impact the game experience.”

Forgotten Memoriesis out April 23 on iOS, and later in 2015 for Wii U, PC, Android, and PS Vita.
