Wolves roam theFortnitebattle royale map and will attack players when they get close enough. One of the only ways to make a wolf stop attacking players is to defeat it with a weapon; however, awolf can also be tamed inFortniteby dropping a price of meat in front of it, which can be obtained by killing a wolf and then picking up the meat that falls. It can also be eaten to increase players' health.
Where to Find Wolves
Wolves will typically come out to play once the sun goes downduring aFortnitematch. This means that if players head to any of the listed locations below, they should make sure that it’s dark outside, which happens a few minutes after the match has started. Wolves will typically travel in packs, making it easier to hunt at least one down.
Fortniteplayers can find wolves in these locations, but it’s not always guaranteed. The best area to visit is southwest of Boney Burbs, as they tend to show up there most of the time.
If overrun by wolves, it can be easy for players to lose a match by dying accidentally. Players should make sure that they have decent weaponry on them before approaching a pack of wolves. They won’t go down in a gunshot or two, so players will have to deal out some heavy damage to take them down fast and efficiently.
Fortniteis currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
