As seen in the leak,this new mode will require players to use between 28 to 32 characters to simply enter the activity. There are hundreds of characters in the roster, but this number is somewhat surreal.
If you want a chance at beating the activity and its two additional stages, you’ll need dozens of well-built characters. Considering how tough it can be to build characters thanks togrinding inGenshin Impact, this requirement feels nearly unobtainable.Imaginarium Theater provides free character trials that can facilitate clearing it, but if it remains at six characters, the number will still be too much to handle.

However, this problem may return with the new take on Imaginarium Theater. Even if it is considered an endgame activity inGenshin Impact, you should have a means of accessing it. However,the reported character requirements will make it tough for anyone who hasn’t been playing nonstopsince the game’s launch.
I’ve been playing the game since 2020 and have a large roster of characters, but I’m concerned about meeting those requirements adequately. This is because Imaginarium Theater, aside from the number of characters required, alsoputs elemental limitations on which characters you can pick. As such, I might not have 28 well-built characters of the three featured elements.
This will be even worse for new, returning, and F2P players. If the new activity also offers Primogems as rewards, it may be one of the most controversial game modes ever added, as a large portion of players may be cut off from even trying to acquire them.
