Dick is seen talking about being unsure of how to live up to Batman’s reputation in Gotham, but not about any discontent or hatred he harbored toward Bruce.
If there was indeed an incident or conversation shared between them that stirred dissent between them, it must have been fairly significant to result in a physical altercation in costume.
