InIdle Heroes, you can’t redeem codes if you’ve just started playing. The thing is that you need to master the mechanics of the game and learn a little more about it first. The condition for redeeming codes is to reach stage 4. Once you unlock it, or if you are an experienced player but don’t knowhow to redeem codes, here are the instructions:
If you don’t find the rewards in your inventory after redeeming the code successfully, don’t worry. It’s probably because you forgot to pick up the rewards from the letter you received in the mail. Go to the main menu and interact with the button with the envelope icon on the left side of the screen. Here, you can see the letters that you received, including thefreebies provided by codes.
