Anime piracy is becoming a formidable problem, and it affects theatrically released films, television shows, manga, and everything in between. Companies are taking action against people who illegally distribute anime content, going after both large-scale pirated content streaming websites and illegally distributed content on social media. Although it may be difficult to wait for the newJujutsu Kaisenmovie to hit theaters in the U.S., it will be worth the wait, and the repercussions of posting scenes online without permission are simply not worth it.
