Marvel’s Iconic Hero Has Separated His Hero and Civilian Lives

To say that Peter Parker has had a rough couple of weeks would be an understatement. Spider-Man lost this battle with Hellgate and in the weeks that followed, Peter was shown to not be himself, but little went into what actually happened.

The Marvel icon being split in two would explain why both his halves have been acting so strangely. Spider-Man is acting without Peter’s soul or morality, while Peter couldn’t care less about the people in his life. The Hellgate encounter has apparently fractured Spider-Man mentally and physically, and it remains to be seen if he can pull himself together.
