Famous for his pranks and unconventional content, he often gets in the middle of mischievous actions that end up with him in trouble and, yet, he doesn’t seem to care. So far, JiDion has been banned from Twitch due to promoting hate raids against fellow streamer Pokimane, expelled and then banned from the Wimbledon Stadium, removed from a furry convention in Atlanta, and has now evenarrested by the Houston Police Department. He shared his mugshot on social media with the hashtag NewProfilePic. Then, he even complained that Twitter didn’t let him change his profile image. The picture wastaken after JiDion’s arrest, which occurred on April 16 and happened due to allegations that he was trespassing after invading a class at the University of Houston. During the prank, he and the streamer Damii offered the professor flowers and a teddy bear and refused to leave when asked, disrupting her work.

In the comments of the tweet, several people were making fun of the formerTwitchinfluencer’s situation. Several people edited the mugshot to make jokes, too, and user Aa_rons7 even made anAnimal Crossingcharacter based on him. Overall, it seems that JiDion got what he wanted with the tweet: more engagement, even if at the cost of his own misfortune.

Despite his undeniable fame and almost seven million followers on his YouTube channel, or perhaps because of that, JiDion is growing to be a very polarizing figure. Since last year and the Pokimane hate raids, which led him to be originally banned from Twitch,JiDion has been criticized due to allegations of sexism. Recent cases, including the one that got him arrested, also involved going after women for “comedy pranks.”
