2020 is almost over, butLeague of Legendsplayers have been busy experimenting with preseason item changes for the past month. Before the year ends, however, there’s time for a winter event to herald the start of Season 11 in January. From December 10th to January 11th, all regions can participate in Battle Queens 2020 event that accompaniesRell’s release.
Battle Queen is a new alternate universe where 5 different Queendoms compete in a coronation tournament reminiscent of anime and mobile game settings. In addition to the standard missions and token exchange shop, Battle Queens 2020 also brings back the belovedNexus Blitz game modemuch sooner than players were expecting. With many cosmetic rewards for the new Battle Queen and Elderwood skins, everyone will have a reason to play through this event for the next 4 weeks.

Battle Queen Missions
As usual, all players will automatically get a series of free missions that award 12 Battle Queens tokens each. Furthermore, the first and last mission will also grant an exclusive Battle Queens 2020 Event Icon and Eternals Capsule respectively.

Keystone Crest Missions
Much likeSpirit Blossom 2020, there is another set of tasks that requires earning 50 points with each of the 5 Battle Queens houses. Successfully completing a mission will reward players with 36 tokens along with lore about that specific house.
Event Shop
After finishing every free mission, everyone will have 300 Battle Queens tokens which should let them exchange one choice of most items in the shop. If there are other cosmetics or more expensiveLeague of Legendsitems that catch a player’s attention, they can buy the event pass which guarantees 915 tokens from weekly missions in addition to matchmade games and milestone rewards.
