The biggest takeaway of theWednesdayseason 2 sneak peek is that actor Haley Joel Osment, known for 1999’sThe Sixth Sense, will be playing a serial killer in the coming episodes. The clip reveals that Wednesday had been obsessed with the unsolved case of the Kansas City Scalper, and, during her summer break from Nevermore, she used her now mastered psychic skills to finally track the murderer down.This involved Wednesday getting captured by Osment’s frightening character, who locked her up in a basement full of eerie china dolls.
Once theWednesdayseason 2 clip came to a close, Ortega and the rest of the cast announced that Lady Gaga would have a guest appearance in part 2, which will hit Netflix on July 29, 2025.The pop star will play a legendary Nevermore professor, Rosaline Rotwood, whose path will cross with Wednesday’s in the upcoming episodes. The sequence of Wednesday trying to get through airport security was hilarious, whileher rendezvous with Osment’s character was truly terrifying.
