In what is possibly the strangest news out of E3 2017, theGarfield GOmobile game has been announced. The game is offering free food to players and is aiming to be assuccessful asPokemon GO. Garfield GO, according to a press release, is “a brand new augmented reality treasure hunt game” that features “everyone’s favorite lasagna-loving cat,” as though are are many anthropomorphic cats that like lasagna. In case it wasn’t clear from the title, the game is inspired byPokemon GOand “other location-based treasure hunting games....

David Jaffe was once one of the top video game designers in the industry. Having created and directed hugely successful video game franchises likeTwisted MetalandGod of War, his impact on the video game industry can’t be understated. Unfortunately, recent years haven’t been quite as successful for Jaffe, with hisPS4-exclusiveDrawn to Deathfloppingand forcing him to shut down his independent studio. However, it seems as though Jaffe isn’t done with video game development quite yet, and is in fact working on a new single-player horror game....

Grey’s Anatomyseason 22 gets a new update that confirms how many episodes Ellen Pompeo will return for. Created by Shonda Rhimes, the hit medical drama first aired on ABC in 2005, introducing Pompeo as doctor Meredith Grey. 20 years later, the series is still going strong, but Pompeo, who also serves as an executive producer, is no longer a series regular on-screen. Pompeo recently returned as Meredith for season 21, and it has been reported that she will return in some capacity for the announcedGrey’s Anatomyseason 22, which doesn’t yet have a release date....

After recent comments by 343 Industries stating it made a mistake bynot featuring Master Chief moreinHalo 5: Guardiansin favor of splitting time between the beloved protagonist and Agent Jameson Locke, a new character tasked with hunting him down.Many assumed the timing of the announcement hinted that a Master Chief focusedHalo 6would be leading the charge on Project Scorpio next month at E3 2017. Summary It’s always a treat to fighta well-designed bossin a video game, even if the challenge is pretty high in some cases. These climactic encounters force players to push themselves to their very limits and make for a great time, encouraging those brave enough to use everything they’ve learned to show these foes who’s the real boss. It’s rare enough to find mandatory story bosses that are all designed with great finesse, so it’s easy to see why players would be more than willing to check out optional bosses that feature the same level of excellence in design....

Jude Law’sCaptain Marvelvillain felt like a wasted opportunity, but at least theMCUmanaged to salvage the character 4 years later. Although the film ended up receiving mixed reviews,Captain Marvelwas still a monumental achievement for the studio and the actors. Seemingly trustworthy at first,Yon-Rogg turns out to be the film’s main villainasthe Kree’s true motivesare revealed. Yon-Rogg had the makings of a decent villain, but his potential was ultimately wasted on limited screen time....
