ManyPokemon GOtrainers may be stuck inside thanks tocoronavirus lockdowns and social distancing, but that isn’t stopping the next major event from arriving in the mobile AR game. Luckily, most of the features of this year’s Psychic Spectacular can be taken advantage of without leaving the house.
The annual Psychic Spectacular event is always a popular festivity thanks to the strong match ups that Psychic-types have in both the PvE and PvP metagames.Pokemon GOplayers have a lot of exciting bonuses and special spawns coming their way starting this morning, so the event shouldkeep the community engaged over another indoor weekend.

In some particularly exciting news, this event is actually introducing two new Pokemon into the mobile game. The opportunity to check off two more boxes in the global Pokedex is too exciting to pass up, so many players who have been offline recently will likely head back into the game until they can at least pick up these.

“During the daytime, you’ll be able to encounter Solosis, the Cell Pokémon, in the wild, and during the evening, you’ll instead encounter Gothita, the Fixation Pokémon.
Solosis and Gothita will be available after the event in the wild and in 5 km Eggs.”
