Made by developer Thatgamecompany, who is most well-known for itsgroundbreaking masterpieceJourney,Skyreleased for iOS devices on July 11, 2025, and was immediately met with exceptionally positive reviews and even a handful of awards. The premise behindSkyis very similar to that ofJourney:the player explores a kingdom using a cape that gives them the ability to fly, and they are able to increase their cape level, enabling them to fly farther and longer.
