To the surprise of many, Marvel’sSpider-ManPS4 has been added to the growing list of discounted titles for PlayStation’s Black Friday 2018 event. Of course, it’s worth mentioning that the PS4 bundle withSpider-Manhas been the most popular and replicated deal of the holiday season. So much, in fact, it tops our Black Fridayroundup of the 30 best game, console, and tech dealsof the year.
Now, there are deals available for the action-adventure title alone, which many who already own a PS4 console may see fit to take advantage of. In fact, the standard version ofSpider-Manis discounted to$39.59 on the PlayStation Store, which comes way down from the standard price of $59.99. Check that out here. This deal is impressive enough, but it gets better.
Adding to that, the $79.99 Digital Deluxe Edition, which comes with The Heist,Turf Wars, and Silver Lining DLC, has beendiscounted to $59.99. With savings of $20 on both versions of the game, it seems likely to be as popular as its PS4 bundle itself this holiday season. Nevertheless, those wanting to take advantage of these deals may note that they run until November 27, 11 AM ET.
Considering this action-adventure title first launched on September 7, it’s understandable why some may have thought the game wouldn’t be discounted this year. After all, its track record has been beyond impressive. Combine its recent launch with the aforementioned PS4 bundle, this really does come as a surprise, almost as if Christmas came early this year.
Of course, it’s hard to imagine any PS4 orSpider-Manfan on the fence about seizing the opportunity and buying a discounted copy of the game - either for themselves or as a gift.
