The streaming giant that once offered primarily Hollywood shows has widened its scope by providing great international content, includingfantastic Australian TV shows.The Survivorsis a great addition to the mix.
Based on the best-selling titular book by Jane Harper, the story follows a man named Kieran Elliott who travels back to Evelyn Bay only to have two deaths and a disappearance from his childhood brought back up when a young woman gets killed. Though the show has many great components, its biggest strength is the performances of the cast. Surprisingly, theNetflix crime showincludes a large group of up-and-coming actors with a few established names thrown in.
