The account shared,“Unfortunately Hayden Christensen has night-time film shoots over the weekend of our convention.”
While the exact project Christensen will be working on is not identified in this post (which would have been odd for the account to share, if they were even informed),this is almost certainly Hayden Christensen filming forAhsokaseason 2.

The news that Hayden Christensen will be missing out on Comic Con Manchester for filming heavily suggests he’s working onAhsokaseason 2. After all, we know thatAhsokaseason 2 is well underway and has been filming this summer. While it’s possible Christensen is working on something else, that doesn’t seem incredibly likely.
It also makes sense that filming would be unavoidable and would take priority in this case, as disappointing as it genuinely is for Christensen to be unable to appear at the upcoming event. Yet,there’s something even more thrilling about this Hayden Christensen news, and it has everything to do with Anakin Skywalker’s storyline in the upcoming season.

Particularly given what we know aboutForce Ghosts inStar Wars, including how much they really are capable of,this could mean heavy involvement from Anakin in aiding Ahsoka and Sabine.
