Some of the many changes include a Global Pass for international travel in 140 countries at a flat rate of $10/day, providing unlimited talk and text along with 2GB of high-speed data. Visible+ members also benefit from an increased mobile hotspot speed, now up to 10 Mbps, letting you have better connectivity for multiple devices. Additionally, smartwatch connectivity is now included in the plan at no extra cost, which is a rarity with MVNOs.
If you’re roaming in Canada and Mexico, you will now enjoy increased full-speed data, up from 0.5 GB to 2 GB per day, with unlimited data at 3G speed afterward. Another important change is the Connection Protection program, available to all Visible members. This initiative, originally launched after a successful first year, provides service credits of $25 per month for up to three months to members experiencing layoffs, offering valuable support during challenging times.
These updates were driven by member feedback, according to Visible, with faster mobile hotspot speeds being a particularly requested feature. Visible aims to enhance user experience while maintaining affordability and inclusivity. Members can activate the Global Pass through the Visible app, accessing seamless international communication at a predictable rate. It’s also still powered by Verizon’s nationwide 5G network.
