As revealed by Netflix in their lineup of August 2025 removals,Into the Badlandswill be leaving the platform on Tuesday, August 19. The action series was co-created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, both of whom createdWednesday, the streamer’s most popular TV series of all time. Their prior show, though, only has two weeks left on the platform.

WhileInto the Badlandswas cancelled after season 3 in 2019, the ending was created to provide closure to the series. However, the show’s departure from Netflix means it’s going to have fewer eyes on it than before. Luckily,the entire series is still streaming on AMC+, meaning it will be available to anyone with a subscription to the platform.

Into the Badlandsis led by Daniel Wu, who, along with the other members of its large cast, displays some fantastic martial arts choreography in many high-octane action scenes. These memorable moments are strung together by an interesting, multifaceted story that creates an original, lived-in world for its complex characters. It also doesn’t hold back on many shocking story twists.

At 32 episodes in length,Into the Badlandsis still bingeable on Netflix before it leaves, albeit at a pace of around two or three episodes per day. Luckily, AMC+ is home to everyAMCseries, meaning the show will still be available over there if two weeks isn’t enough time to watch the whole series.
